Founder

Ethan is the driving force behind Strategix Asia, spearheading ideas and strategies for successful M&A. With over 10 years of experience in banking, finance, M&A and business exits, he brings a practical and numbers-driven approach to dealmaking. 

Nickson Ng

Principal Consultant

Nickson was formerly at KPMG Deal Advisory for 6 years and worked across several business units: M&A Due Diligence, Structuring and Corporate Finance. He has worked on deals across diversified industries such as healthcare, real estate, consumer, and logistics.

Anne Bagaipo

Marketing Specialist
